We are pleased to announce a promising step into the future: Michael Bogner has been appointed CEO of Lüdecke GmbH as of January 1, 2024.

In addition to the long-standing CEO’s, Klaus Herdegen and Andreas Sperl, he will assume responsibility for the company.

Michael Bogner brings with him a wealth of experience that he has gained in the operational area of the company since 2020, particularly as Assistant to the CEO and Purchasing Manager. As the majority shareholder, he is thus continuing the tradition of Lüdecke GmbH as a family business in the fourth generation.

This strategic decision reflects Lüdecke's vision of focusing on young talent and setting the course for new generations. With a clear eye for innovative solutions and a strong focus on technology, we are taking a decisive step towards a continued successful future.
