In 1930, engineer Emil Georg Lüdecke developed the claw coupling system for compressed air used worldwide today. This development paved the way for the successful story of LÜDECKE GmbH.
Today, we manufacture around 30,000 products and are the expert company for all types of coupling systems in the low-pressure range.

1986 Erwin Bogner takes over LÜDECKE KG
In 1986, the company was taken over by Erwin Bogner, who had been director and partner since 1956 and continued as a family business. He developed the medium-sized family company to a premium address for high quality coupling systems. With entrepreneurial vision and a huge personal effort, he established a global sales distribution network and paved the innovative way for future product focuses. Under his lead, the planning and the start of the new company building in 2015 came into being. -

2000 Klaus Herdegen joins the executive board
Klaus Herdegen joined the company in 1995. In 2000, he became part of the executive board and now leads the family company as Chief Executive Officer. Klaus Herdegen has been in charge of the company for a long time. Under his leadership and thanks to his huge commitment, LÜDECKE is taking its biggest steps regarding expansion and development in its 90-year old history. -
